DELIVERY POLICY
Monarch Magazine works to deliver your purchases worldwide. We use the quickest courier method possible to unite and delight you with your purchase’s but delivery times may vary by location. For delivery costs, select your destination in the check-out page.
Please note that some products are dispatched directly by manufacturers and will arrive in a separate shipment from the rest of your order.
Due to domestic & international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We will let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
We ship via FED-EX, UPS, or DHL Express (Please refer to their guidelines for local prohibitions, restrictions, and/or additional charges on products containing alcohol, including Eaux de parfum and grooming aerosols.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To request a return, please email info@monarchmagazine.com, using the subject matter ‘returns’, and quoting your order number in the body of the email, informing us of the reason why you would like to return your order.
To exchange an item, please email info@monarchmagazine.com, using the subject matter ‘exchange’, and including your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the new size you require; we will then be able to confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. If 14 days have passed since the date that your order was placed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
If you want to return us your purchase and get a refund, we will refund the payment onto your payment card once all returned goods have been safely received and in fine and good condition.
We will only fulfill an exchange/refund if the item is returned in its original packaging and in original condition.
Please note, in some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes made-to-order and perishable products, as well as products that have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
